It is a contemporary body of work on permanent display which features original photos of musicians, producers and DJs in Miami with an historical connection to The Marlin Hotel. The series is a multimedia combination of photography, illustration and light encased with translucent colors. "ilovemiami365®" is a is a year-long photo documentary coffee-table book project where every day has been photographed in gratitude and celebration of life as it is witnessed at any moment. Each photo is captioned with a personal commentary along with the title, date, time and place. bio: A Brazilian-American visual, artist Alissa Christine channels the true essence of beauty through her work and draws inspiration from the pure and simple joys of life. Her art spans various media with the innovative fusion of photography, lighting, movement, dimension, painting, sculpture and display... sometimes performed live. Accolades include being named one of the "Top 100 Power Players" of South Florida in 2009 by Florida International Magazine, and winning first place in Fotomission's 2008 South Beach Photomarathon Competition which did not allow post-digital editing/retouching. Alissa Christine's photography has been published in National and International Magazines. Alissa Christine has been exhibiting in South Florida & NYC since 2005 and held an 18 month Artist Residency at the Sol Gallery @ CANDO Arts Co-op in Miami Beach.
